Safari 3 days hiking Tsavo east / Mount kasigau
This safari takes you to Tsavo east, the wild theater where you may encounter numerous herds of red elephants, lions, cheetahs, african buffaloes, giraffes, the elusive leopard, antelopes and abundant birds species. An adventure to conquer mount Kasigau awaits you with a visit to the village for an encounter with the local population.
Day 1. Departure from the coastal city of Mombasa early in the morning to arrive in Tsavo East in mid morning. Morning game drive en route to the lodge/camp for lunch. Afternoon game drive in Tsavo East.
Dinner and overnight in Lion hills lodge on top of the hill overlooking the park.
Day 2. Early breakfast at lion hills lodge. Morning game drive at Tsavo east. Early lunch at Lion hills lodge before leaving for Kasigau. Arrive at Kasigau in the afternoon, check in at Kasigau bandas, basic accommodation for eco tourist. Afternoon village visit for an encounter with the local inhabitants. Dinner and overnight at the bandas.
Day 3. Early breakfast at the bandas, embark on a trekking safari to the top of mount Kasigau. Pic-nic lunch at the foot of mount Kasigau. Trekking safari back to Kasigau banadas for an easy evening with magnificent views of a sundowner. Dinner and overnight at Kasigau bandas.
Day 4. Breakfast at Kasigau bandas. Route to join Mombasa Nairobi highway for a journey back to the coast. Arrive at the coastal city in the afternoon.
