Tsavo East National Park is one of the major national parks in Kenya well known for its diversity in nature and wildlife. Apart from the abundant wildlife, there are physical features in the park like the 1.5 km long Mudanda Rock and Lugard Falls on Tsavo River which are worth visiting. The other natural land formation that will attract your attention is 290 km long Yatta Plateau, the world’s longest lava flow standing at 922 m above the sea level on the western boundary of the park. Day 1.  Pick up from your hotel in Diani beach or Mombasa in the morning and proceed towards Nairobi along Nairobi Mombasa Highway. Arrive at Tsavo east national park gate where you start your safari driving through the park to your lodge for lunch. Short rest after lunch then board your safari van for an afternoon game drive returning to the lodge at sunset.

Day 2. Breakfast at the lodge then proceed to a morning game drive as you exit the park to return to Mombasa arriving in early afternoon at your hotel.
