Pickup from your hotel at 05h00 and drive along Mombasa Nairobi highway. Arrive at Tsavo East gate after about 3 hours drive and start your safari in an open roofed safari van. Drive through the park in search of the elusive lion, cheetah and leopard while stopping at some point to wait for the famous red elephants cross the road in front of you.

Reach your restaurant in time for lunch and quench your thirst with your preferred cold drink while your meals are served. After lunch embark on your van for a short safari en route to the exit gate for your journey back to your beach hotel. Arrive early in the evening depending on the traffic flow.

The highlight of this tour is an encounter with several big herds of red elephants. You will come across plain or burchel zebras ,antelopes,gazelles, buffaloes,giraffes and many more including birds of pray like eagles. With luck, you may spot a lion, lioness or both taking refuge from the sweltering heat of the day under a thicket.

The fastest animal on land, Cheetah maybe spotted in the open savanna or surprisingly a leopard waiting for it’s next move on a branch of acacia.
